From our personal experience as well as from helping clients, we know that the best chance of achieving a state of good health and well-being comes from taking an integrative approach to wellness. This means not only focusing on the physical body through diet and exercise, etc, but also on a client’s mental, emotional and energetic state as well:

Based on a comprehensive intake process where we take the time to comprehensively review a client’s health history, their life and health goals, their symptoms, and the results of any lab tests they have had done, we develop personalised, integrative wellness plans for them that have the best chance of achieving the desired outcome.

Every one of us is unique, and therefore there can be no “one size fits all” approach to wellness. Each person has their own situation, needs and beliefs, and therefore we believe in bio-individuality (i.e. finding what works well for you and your body). Your wellness plan from us will never be an “off the shelf” solution, and it will evolve over time as you do yourself.

Our approach to long-term wellness planning

The aim of our wellness plans is to gradually take our clients along a defined four-step pathway, based on our own experience of healing ourselves and others:

ANCHOR: Here the focus is on laying the foundation of your long-term well-being, by implementing simple grounding & mindfulness techniques, stress management practices, healthy morning & evening routines, etc.

DETOX: The focus here is on cleansing yourself and your environment of the multiple toxins that have accumulated over the years, that have been slowly stressing your body and driving the development of your symptoms.

REBUILD: Here we build up your physical, mental and emotional stability, from the starting point of an optimised and bio-individual diet and exercise regimen. We also start to identify and rewire any unhealthy habits or limiting beliefs that have been holding you back in the past.

THRIVE: At this stage, we take your health and wellness to the next level through more advanced modalities, such as biohacking, body-mind connection practices, life purpose exploration, etc.
