While it is certainly possible for someone to make all of the lifestyle and environmental changes required to keep themselves healthy in the long-term, in many cases external guidance, support and accountability are required.

Some people don’t know what to do to get healthier, while others are aware but don’t know how to implement the plans and protocols into their daily lives. Some people just don’t have the time or energy to figure everything out for themselves, and many need help to break down and rewire long-standing unhealthy habits or limiting beliefs that they may have.

In all of these cases, ongoing coaching can be vital to maximising the chance of success in reaching any wellness-related goal.
